- If a purchase is accepted, a contract of sale will be formed between the buyer and the seller directly.
- We do not act as agent for either party and do not participate in any sale or transaction between you and the seller.
At your own risk
- Our registered sellers are reliable as FIND JAPAN CARS requires all sellers to present below documents at registration stage.
1. Secondhand dealer permit
2. Company registration
3. Certified company seal
4. Photos - However Transactions and all other contact between you and sellers are conducted entirely at your own risk.
- You agree that FIND JAPAN CARS takes no responsibility or liability for any misconduct of any of its members including, without limitation, sellers that have registered under false pretences or who attempt to defraud you.
- FIND JAPAN CARS gives no undertakings, representations, or warranties in relation to vehicles sold or listed on the Website, or Member Services advertised or offered through their own advertisements.
